Hi everyone!

Here is my newest upload on YouTube.  I used the September Hip Kit Club to create this layout. I will be back soon with some more projects and hopefully something super fun! Scrapbooking is super fun, but I suppose this would be more fun than that even!

As always, if you have any questions at all, leave them either in the comments or on YouTube and I will do my very best to answer them!

As well today is the launch of the new idea book! If you would like an idea book, please let me know and I will get one to you (canada only please).

If you are in the Kitchener/Waterloo are in Ontario, feel free to contact me and we can talk about getting together for an open house or gathering project if you would like! I can provide more details by e-mail.

I will be getting a huge haul of new product soon, so stay tuned for videos and projects using the new products!

Exotic Flowers

I have a layout here from my Africa album. I knew there would end up being more of them!
This layout I did something very different for me, I used watercolors.

I had a hard time with the painting on this layout. I ended up covering a bit of it up because I didn't like that part of it.
The bit you can see if what I liked.

The thickers are Dear Lizzy purple foam ones. They are my favourite thickers ever! I bought two or three packs of them. When I run out I will have to find some others that I like that much. The other stickers are from a 12x12 Fancy Pants sheet.

Here you are able to see the painting up close.

I did my writing on a little Polaroid that I cut from a paper stack. The washi tape is a solid purple that I got from Michaels.

Thanks for coming by.

Reptile Park

Hello everyone!
I have a layout today that is from Africa but not a pocketed page! I know that is very different for me!
There are some regular 12x12 layouts in my album.  I used them to separate places or activities we did.

This one is from a Reptile park and Safari we went to. There were different places but the same day. The host school we were with took us to see these places.  It was the first time we really had gotten to see animals in Africa so it was exciting for us.

I can't remember what I used for this page. I am certain that they are very old supplies that I had dug out of my stash that matched the colours.

Thanks for reading!
Have a scrappy day!

Close to my Heart Haul

Hi everyone!
It's been a really long time since I blogged about scrapbooking.  I have been trying to focus on posting more YouTube videos and my blog was neglected in that process.  I am sorry!

I am going to use my blog to link to my videos as well as product mentioned in the videos! Because....I am a Close to my Heart consultant once again!

I thought that since I a making videos and have a bit more time to dedicate to it I would start selling product again. Which is why I am going to link the product here, rather then put links in the videos, because that is annoying to watch. That way if you are interested you can come here to see all the product used!

Here is the link to the video on YouTube and the embedded video on my blog as well.  That way you can watch it in either place!

So the first thing I will link to is the consultant kit.  This is the current one, it is going to change at the end of July.

The next thing to link to is the Brushed paper pack and Workshop on the Go. I didn't get the workshop, but I did buy the paper pack and it's amazing! I seriously love the colours in this paper collection. (I will link to the ink colours at the end of this post, since I didn't buy them, but they match the paper.)

I didn't make that layout, it's the sample layout that you can make with the Workshop on the Go kit.  This layout uses the Cricut Artbooking cartridge, but I am sure that you can figure out a way to work around that! I don't have that cartridge either, so I am thinking about maybe trying to use a Silhouette cut file as a substitute since I have that already. I do have a Cricut, but it hasn't been used in about 2 years!

I did purchase this mini stapler, since I have wanted one for a long time and haven't bought the Tim Holtz one yet.  I decided to try this, and OMG! I love it! I have been using it on almost all my Project Life layouts since I got it.

Ok as a side note, I was going through the images available for download on the CTMH website and I cam across this layout.  Isn't it amazing?! Talk about some seriously good inspiration.  I love it!

Anyway, I will link to some of the product that I show, but isn't nearly as exciting as the above I mentioned. Those things are my favourite!

Those are a few links. If there are others that I didn't mention feel free to comment and ask, or send a message on YouTube!
